This letter was provided to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection in January 2020, as the Howard T. Odum Florida Springs Institute’s public comment regarding the Re-evaluation of the Minimum Flows and Levels for the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers and Springs.
